We’ve laid floor protection to look after the property and started digging out for a new porcelain patio. The existing patio level is too high and has breached the damp-proof course, so we’re lowering the overall levels as part of the groundwork.
Getting the levels right now is an important part of building a patio that lasts. We’ll work out the finished height and drainage before laying the porcelain, taking care around the house and its damp-proof course.
